Chalmers Konferens & Restauranger is very involved in environmental issues and a responsablity for the future.

Our responsibility:

We choose environmentally friendly packaging and disposables .

We choose our commodities with care so that many of them are ecological.

Many of our products are fair trade.

We select the commodities that are in season and choose to only use a limited number of suppliers so that we reduce our deliveries.

We choose to serve tap water to reduce the waste of glas bottles.

Our food waste is recycled in natural gas production.

For us Ecological is a commodity that is ecologically cultivated and produced within EU standards.

Our locally produced commodity have never travelled more than 400 kilometers.
